The Kemppi DL Chili Gun Liner is a premium, high-performance wire conduit designed to solve the most common challenges in MIG/MAG welding: wire friction and unstable feeding. Known in the industry as both a wire liner and a gun liner, the “Chili” series is manufactured from a specialized low-friction plastic composite. This unique material significantly reduces the drag coefficient between the welding wire and the liner wall, ensuring a smooth, consistent wire feed speed (\(m/\text{min}\)) even at high speeds or when using extra-long torch cables (\(5\text{m} to 8\text{m}\)).
